What does ni de coña mean?

ExpressionColoquial

not a chance

A flat no with a joke inside it. Coña is banter, so the refusal is emphatic without being hostile. Very common in Spain and not especially strong.

—¿Vas a levantarte a las seis para correr? —¡Ni de coña!
Refusal and amusement in one breath.
