What does qué máquina mean?

ExpressionColoquial

what a machine — admiration, with nothing rude in it

The clean relative of ¡Qué cabrón! in its admiring sense: somebody is very good at something, or has pulled off something difficult. It does not appear in this scene, and it is the version you can use at work.

¿Has terminado todo el trabajo en una noche? ¡Qué máquina!
Straight admiration, no register problem attached.
